Submitting an inquiry creates no obligation. Paid work begins only after both parties accept a written proposal and the agreed initial payment is received.
Scope & revisions
Your proposal defines deliverables, exclusions, fees, timelines, and included revision rounds. Each round is one consolidated set of feedback. New requests, extra revisions, or a change of direction are quoted separately and require written approval before work continues.
Payment & delivery
Prices are in USD. Monthly services are prepaid; website projects require the stated initial payment, with the balance due before launch. Setup fees, taxes where applicable, and third-party costs are identified in the proposal. NüPage Studio may pause work or withhold unpaid final deliverables after written notice of an overdue payment. Your existing accounts and materials remain yours.
Monthly subscriptions
Monthly plans cover the stated deliverables for one billing period and are paid in advance. A setup fee applies once. Your agreement identifies the billing start date, monthly rate, renewal date, applicable taxes, cancellation method, and any notice requirements. Automatic monthly renewal requires your separate express authorization; an inquiry or signature alone does not authorize automatic card charges. Cancel before the renewal date to stop the next billing period. The current period continues without a change-of-mind prorated refund, subject to the cancellation policy and applicable law. Price changes will be notified before the affected renewal, with an opportunity to cancel. Automatic checkout and subscription billing are not currently active on this website.
Client responsibilities
You provide accurate information, materials you have permission to use, necessary account access, and timely consolidated feedback. You review and approve business claims and content before publication. Missing materials, delayed approvals, or changed instructions may extend delivery dates; rescheduling is subject to availability. Silence does not count as approval.
Ownership & permitted use
Agreed rights to custom final deliverables transfer after full payment. Unselected concepts, working files, reusable templates, and studio methods remain with NüPage Studio unless expressly included. Third-party assets and tools retain their license conditions. Neither party may use the other’s confidential information outside the project. Client names or work are used in the portfolio only with permission.
Results & platform changes
NüPage Studio provides the agreed services with reasonable care. Rankings, reach, leads, sales, and platform approvals are not guaranteed. Changes made by clients or third parties, platform decisions, and outages outside our control may affect results. Additional corrective work outside the agreed scope requires a separate quote.
Pausing or ending work
Either party may end an engagement in writing under the agreed cancellation terms. NüPage Studio may pause or decline work involving unlawful content, rights violations, abusive conduct, or overdue payments. Completed work and approved non-recoverable costs remain payable, subject to applicable law. Refund eligibility and any remaining payment obligations follow the cancellation policy.
Questions & disagreements
Contact us with the affected deliverable and the concern so we can review it against the agreed scope. Project-specific liability and dispute provisions, where agreed, belong in the written service agreement. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
