Information we collect
The inquiry form collects your name, email, business name, selected service, and project goals. Website, budget, and timing are optional. The quote builder also records your selected services, quantities, language, currency, optional phone number, and notes. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive personal information.
How information is used
Your details are used to review and respond to your inquiry, prepare a proposal, and manage any agreed work. Sending the form does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not sell inquiry details.
Storage & access
Submissions are stored in the website’s hosted database. Inquiry and quote details are also sent to the studio’s business inbox through its email-delivery provider, Resend. Currency lookups send only currency codes to Frankfurter, not your contact details. The inquiry inbox is restricted to the studio owner’s authenticated account. Hosting and service providers may process information needed to operate, secure, and deliver the website. Information may also be disclosed where legally required.
Cookies & external services
The site does not currently use advertising pixels or marketing analytics. Hosting and sign-in services may use necessary cookies and technical logs. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives technical information with those requests. No payment processor or scheduling service is connected.
Privacy requests
To ask about, correct, or request deletion of an inquiry, use the contact form, choose “I’d like guidance,” and describe your request. A submission reference helps but is not required. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Applicable legal recordkeeping requirements may limit deletion.
